Product Introduction
A DC solar water pump is an off-grid water supply system powered by solar energy, utilizing a DC motor to drive a submersible pump for water extraction. Requiring no inverter, the system is characterized by its simplicity, high efficiency, and lower cost; furthermore, it eliminates the need for manual supervision, thereby reducing system maintenance expenses.

Features
• Magnet brushless motor. Simple installation and reduced maintenance
• Using photovoltaic modules or DC power sources saves electricity costs and reduces emissions and noise.
• CE approved.
Working Principle
• Photoelectric Conversion: Solar panels absorb sunlight, directly converting light energy into direct current electricity.
• Intelligent Regulation: The DC electricity flows into an MPPT controller. The controller continuously tracks the solar panels' maximum power output in real time while stabilizing the voltage and current; it also automatically adjusts the motor speed based on light intensity-spinning faster to deliver a higher water volume under strong sunlight, and spinning slower to deliver a lower water volume under weak sunlight.
• Motor Drive: The regulated DC electricity directly drives a permanent magnet brushless DC motor, causing the impeller or screw mechanism to rotate.
• Positive Displacement Pumping: The rotating impeller generates pressure within the water column, continuously lifting water from the well or water source and delivering it to the surface outlet.

FAQ
What is the lifespan of a DC motor?
The lifespan of the DC motors in our DC Solar Water Pumps typically ranges from 8 to 15 years, depending on the specific motor type, operating environment, and maintenance conditions. As the standard configuration for modern solar water pumps, brushless DC motors eliminate the carbon brush components, which are prone to frictional wear, thereby ensuring a longer service life. On a daily basis, care should be taken to avoid conditions such as dry running, overheating, or improper power configuration; furthermore, performing periodic maintenance every 2 to 3 years (including bearing replacement, seal inspection, and terminal tightening) can further extend the motor's operational lifespan.
